Early Access
SeqFlux is currently in early access. By requesting access, you acknowledge that the platform may be subject to changes, bugs, and limited availability. We do not guarantee uptime or feature availability during the early access period.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SeqFlux only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to circumvent security controls, abuse rate limits, or use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Data & Ownership
In BYOC mode, you retain full ownership of your data. SeqFlux does not claim ownership of your pipeline inputs, outputs, or configurations. We process data only as necessary to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
SeqFlux is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
