Data We Collect
When you submit the early access form, we collect: name, email, company, role, cloud preferences, and optional workflow information. We store this in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and use it to contact you about SeqFlux and design partner opportunities.
Email & Marketing
We use SendGrid for transactional emails (e.g., confirmation) and optional marketing emails. If you opt in to receive updates, we add you to our Early Access list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Unsubscribes are processed immediately.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (or similar) on our marketing site. It is privacy-focused, does not use cookies, and does not require a consent banner. We collect aggregate page views and anonymized events (e.g., CTA clicks). No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
Data Retention
Lead data is retained until you request deletion. Email suppression records (bounces, unsubscribes) are retained to comply with anti-spam requirements.
